If men cannot be respectful leaders in our societies, then perhaps they should not expect for women to stay in their lanes.
I can recall a time, not too long ago, where , even with my Apostolic Christian beliefs, I had to assume the position of a man. The one that was in my life was not, at that time, doing the right things. I hated every moment of it. I wore the pants and the skirt. I lived exhausted. I studied for my degree, took care of a, then toddler, cooked every meal, used my savings that I was going to use to help purchase a house, to take care of bills, and I still was not appreciated. My covering was not a covering. He was barely a tarp with element torn holes in it.
I felt alone. I was alone.
Women are not feminists over night, but I believe something within a womans life comes to a head, that puts her in that mind frame. Perhaps an abusive situation, too many broken hearts, tired of seeing other women being hurt in our world. etc.
While I do not agree with the liberal feminist movement….I can see how it has come to many women feeling the need to take a stand. There are a lot of Alpha males who believe that brute and brawn makes them men….spreading their seed makes them men, keeping women in rotation makes them men…IF YOU’RE A WOLF!
You are not any more masculine with having many woman than you are with just having one, or being single.
Women need to be uplifted, supported, appreciated, RESPECTED, loved, cared for, understood.
Women want strong men supportive men. When we are in relationships, we want for our men to know where they stand, to know that they are men, to protect, to provide, to be mentally and emotionally stable, to love and build with. Because you GUYS ask for the same attributes….but you don’t always deliver. We do not need to hear that we are borderline, crazy, psycho, and then some of you wonder why women will not submit and likewise, commit. We do not respect name callers and it is hard to respect an insecure man, because more than likely they are the ones who degrade women. Get it together. Be the men that God called you to be and you will see a change in your world.
From a man’s rib was created a woman. Respect her. (Genesis 2:21-24)
