YES! Physical fitness is important when doing Missionary work. I will never be shaped like this……
While both women are equally beautiful, I take joy in knowing that this, is my personal “normal”…..
I do not exercise to attain a societal accepting physique…..that I will never have nor want. I do so to avoid diabetes, heart disease, etc. and to be equipped with a healthy slate, for traveling and taking care of other people while on the Missions field.
Missionary work is often quite physical…..you walk around a lot, you build, you are on your feet…..a lot. Not to mention, it is IMPERATIVE that your immune system is strong. 45 minutes of exercising through out your week will help that.
My backyard is connected to a walking track and park…..I have no excuses!😁
